Terms of Use
Effective: August 29, 2026.
These are the rules for using the Locate Jobs Network sites: locatejobsnetwork.com, diversitycareers.org, healthcarejobsforveterans.com, and any board we add. Using a site means you accept them.
1. What the sites are
Job boards. We publish openings from employers who post with us and from job feeds we license, and we link you to the employer's own site to apply. We are not an employer, an agency, or a party to any hiring decision.
2. Verified listings
Every listing on these sites carries a "Verified" mark with one line under it saying how we checked that listing. There are three kinds of check, and the line tells you which one applies.
Employer page checked. For listings we curate, we look at the employer's own careers page before the listing goes live and again every day it runs, and the listing comes down when that page shows the role has closed. For employer postings that give us a page to check, we look at it within a day of the listing going live and every day after that; the line under the mark shows the date of the last check.
In the employer's feed. For listings that arrive through a job feed we license, the check is that the role is still present in the latest feed we received. When it drops out of the feed, it drops off the sites.
Posted by the employer. For a paid posting, the employer has told us the role is real and open, and we show the date it was posted and the date it runs through. Around the 30-day mark we ask the employer to confirm it is still open; if they do, the line changes to say so, with the date. A paid listing runs its full term unless the employer marks it filled. We do not take a paid listing down because a check failed or because the employer did not answer. If a paid listing's application link stops answering, the listing stays up and the Apply button sends applications to the employer's email until the link works again.
None of this means we guarantee the role is still open at the moment you apply, that the employer will respond, or anything about how the employer hires.
3. Job seekers
You can use the sites without an account and at no cost. In return:
- Use them to look for work, not to scrape, copy, or republish the listings.
- Do not run automated requests against the sites beyond what a normal browser or feed reader does. Our RSS feeds are there for you; the rest of the site is not an API.
- Anything you send to an employer through their site is under their terms, not ours.
4. Employers and agencies
Posting a job means you agree to the following.
You own the posting. You confirm the role is real, currently open, and that you have the right to advertise it. You are responsible for its content.
Equal opportunity. Listings must comply with applicable employment law, including anti-discrimination law. A listing that excludes people on a protected basis will be taken down without refund.
Placement and duration. A single posting runs for 60 days on every network board where the role fits. We decide the fit. Annual plans cover unlimited postings for one organization for twelve months from purchase.
Pricing. Current prices are on the Post a job page. The price you pay is fixed for the life of that posting or plan. Prices for future postings can change; we will show the new price before you buy.
Payment. A single posting is paid before it goes live. Annual plans and recruitment advertising agencies may pay on invoice, due within 30 days. Recruitment advertising agencies with an agency code pay $127 per single posting (20 percent off the list price), by card at checkout with the code or on invoice.
Refunds. You can cancel a posting for a full refund any time before it goes live. Once it is live, it has been placed and checked, and there is no refund. If we remove a listing because it breaks these terms, there is no refund.
Removal. We remove listings that our checks show have closed, that misrepresent the role or the employer, that link to a page that is not a job application, or that break these terms. We will tell you when we remove a listing for a reason other than the role closing.
Your details. We use your contact details to run the listing, bill you, and reach you about it, as described in our Privacy page.
5. Content and ownership
The sites, their design, their text, and the way listings are organized belong to Locate Jobs Network. Listings belong to the employers who posted them or to the feed providers we license them from. You may link to any page on the sites. You may not copy the listings in bulk or present them as your own.
6. What we cannot promise
We work to keep the sites accurate and available, and we check listings the way Section 2 describes. Beyond that, the sites are provided as they are. We do not promise that a listing is error-free, that a role will be filled, that an application will be seen, or that the sites will never be down. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using the sites or from anything on an employer's site you reach through ours. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.
7. Ending access
We can block access to the sites for anyone who breaks these terms. Employers can stop posting at any time; running listings continue to the end of their term unless you ask us to remove them.
8. Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the effective date at the top. Changes apply to postings bought after the change, not to ones already running.
9. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States. If we have a disagreement, write to us first at privacy@locatejobsnetwork.com; most things get sorted with an email. Anything that cannot be sorted goes to the courts of Maryland.
10. Who we are
Locate Jobs Network is run by Spawn Labs LLC, Woodstock, Maryland. Questions about these terms: privacy@locatejobsnetwork.com.
