Questions buyers ask
The monthly plan
- What does unlimited mean?
- One organization’s own openings: the positions you are hiring for, as many as you have in a month. Posting on behalf of other companies goes through the agency rate.
- How do I cancel?
- Month to month, no notice period. Cancel with the “Cancel or update billing” button on your manage page; the plan runs to the end of the month you paid for. Or write to sales@locatejobsnetwork.com.
- What if the plan is not right?
- Cancel within fourteen days of your first monthly charge and we refund that charge in full.
- If I cancel, what happens to postings that are already live?
- For the unlimited monthly and annual posting plans, jobs you've posted will continue to run for the entire period for which you've paid. Once you cancel, the jobs will be removed only once you've reached the end of your billing period. For individual job posts, you can't cancel your listing, but you can edit it, remove it, or mark it as filled at any time.
Posting and paying
- What is the Verified mark on a listing?
- Our daily check that the job listing is open. Closed posts are removed, so your job post sits alongside live jobs only. Yours is dated from the day it goes live, and carries the mark once we check its apply link.
- Can I get a refund on a $159 posting?
- No. A $159 posting goes live within about a minute of payment, and once it is published there is no refund.
- Will finance get an invoice with a purchase order number?
- Card payments send a Stripe receipt and invoice with a field for your purchase order number. Annual plans and agencies are invoiced, net 30. Procurement can write to sales@locatejobsnetwork.com.
- Is there an agency rate?
- Yes. Agencies pay $127 a posting, 20% off list, with the client’s name on the listing and the agency’s on the invoice. See the agencies page.

- Every board in the network whose audience fits the position, at no added cost, listed with dates on your manage page. See the boards.
